Its adjustable backrest and seat accommodate flat, incline, and upright exercise positions, allowing one bench to serve multiple training needs.

Six backrest settings span 0 to 90 degrees, while three seat positions help users establish their setup. Spring-loaded adjustment pins make it easy to change positions between exercises or users.

Contoured cushions combine dense foam with stitched upholstery for support during training. A reduced gap between the seat and backrest helps create a comfortable exercise surface.

The steel frame features a powder-coated finish, and protective foot covers help preserve flooring. Integrated wheels and a carry handle allow staff to move the bench between training stations as the room’s needs change.
