• Cornish Medical takes great pride and care when filling, checking and packaging every order.
• Damaged or short shipments must be reported within (24) – (48) hours from date of delivery.
• Damage to the box and packaging must be noted with the carrier at time of delivery.
• Please be sure to save all packaging material and merchandise for inspection as it is necessary for insurance claims.
• If a shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage in detail on the delivery receipt or bill of lading and have the driver sign both copies to acknowledge damage. Promptly contact Cornish Medical’s Customer Service Department at (800) 722-5304.
• If an item is missing from your shipment, call the Cornish Medical Customer Service Department at (800) 722-5304 within (24) – (48) hours.
Small parcel orders are picked, packed, and shipped via FedEx within 24 hours of order receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
In some cases, equipment must be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload). Before shipping such orders, a site survey is required to ensure we provide the appropriate services tailored to your needs.
A Cornish Medical specialty: We are committed to delivering a true white-glove experience for your facility. From consultation to delivery and installation, your dedicated project manager will guide you every step of the way. Our services include inside delivery, assembly, setup, and debris removal.
