Refunds & Returns

Items must be returned within (14) days of receipt of product, otherwise they are deemed non-returnable.
No product may be returned to Cornish Medical without prior approval and a “Return Merchandise Authorization Code (RMA)” from Cornish Medical.
In the event that a return is approved, please call Cornish Medical for a Return Merchandise Authorization Code. The RMA Number must be written on the outside of all packages for return. RMA’s are valid for (30) days from the date of issue.
Returns must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to restocking fees of a minimum 15%.
All items qualifying for return to Cornish Medical must be unopened, in original packaging and in sellable condition.
Cornish Medical does not refund any freight charges on returns.
