CanDo® Twist-n-Bend® 12-Inch Flexible Exercise Bar

The CanDo® Twist-n-Bend® Flexible Exercise Bar is a lightweight resistance exerciser designed to strengthen the hands, wrists, forearms, and shoulders while supporting coordination, range of motion, rehabilitation, and progressive resistance exercise. Its compact 12-inch design makes it ideal for physical therapy clinics, occupational therapy departments, athletic training rooms, sports medicine programs, and home exercise programs.

Unlike conventional hand exercisers, the Twist-n-Bend® bar can be used in multiple ways. Users can twist the bar by flexing one wrist while extending the other, bend the bar using both hands, or combine twisting and bending movements for a wider range of strengthening exercises. Resistance can also be modified by changing the distance between the hands or selecting a different resistance level.

All six resistance levels share the same basic length and diameter, helping maintain consistent hand positioning and movement mechanics as resistance progresses. The 12-inch bars are available individually from XX-Light through X-Heavy, or as a complete six-piece set containing one of every resistance level.
