The NK Exercise Table (NK330) is a professional rehabilitation and strengthening system designed specifically for quadriceps and hamstring rehabilitation using calibrated, torque-based resistance.

This unit features dual torque arms and a reclining back rest for controlled lower-extremity exercise in clinical and athletic training settings. The design allows clinicians to apply resistance in a precise, repeatable manner during quadriceps extension, hamstring flexion, and prone hamstring curl exercises.

The NK330 also supports isometric quadriceps and hamstring exercises, enabling treatment protocols that require static muscle engagement without joint movement. Resistance is adjusted by changing the orientation of the resistance arm relative to the torque arm — a method used to control resistance load without altering the weight stack.
