Four Included Resistance Levels
This Rehab + Performance Kit includes a broader resistance selection than the Rehab-only package:
- Gold: Lightest resistance.
- Red: Light resistance.
- Green: Medium resistance.
- Black: Heavy resistance.
The color-coded bands make it easier to identify resistance levels and organize exercise progression.
