The Baseline® Monitor® Exercise Feedback Device is an easy-to-use pressure biofeedback unit that provides real-time feedback during core stabilization and rehabilitation exercises. Designed for physical therapists, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals, it helps monitor body position and muscle control during lumbar, lumbopelvic, and cervical stabilization training.

The three-chamber pressure cell is positioned between the patient and a stable surface, such as a treatment table, floor, chair back, or wall. Changes in body position produce measurable changes on the analog pressure gauge, allowing the clinician and patient to immediately identify whether the prescribed exercise is being performed with proper positioning and control.

The Baseline Monitor can be incorporated into exercises targeting the transverse abdominis, lumbar multifidus, deep cervical flexors, lower trapezius, iliopsoas, gluteus maximus, and other muscles involved in postural control and spinal stabilization. Its compact design also makes it suitable for supervised home exercise programs when directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
