Choose Your Training Position

The adjustable control arm positions the crank assembly for upper- or lower-body exercise. Dual-purpose pedals combine foot cages and straps with ergonomic hand grips, allowing users to switch between leg cycling and arm workouts. Bidirectional arm cycling adds forward and reverse training options.

Smooth, Adjustable Fluid Resistance

Ten resistance levels allow users to adjust workout intensity through the twin-tank fluid resistance system. Smooth operation at low speeds supports controlled exercise, while the system also accommodates faster-paced conditioning.

Easier Entry & Exit

The contoured seat swivels 90 degrees to help users enter and exit. Seat adjustment helps position the user for the selected exercise.

Track Your Workout

The Bluetooth-enabled monitor automatically detects the selected resistance level and displays workout feedback, including time, watts, and calories. Compatible heart-rate chest straps are available separately.
