SCIFIT® PRO2® Total Body Exerciser

The SCIFIT® PRO2® Total Body Exerciser combines an upper-body exerciser and lower-body recumbent bike into one versatile rehabilitation system. Users can train the upper body, lower body, or both simultaneously, making the PRO2® an excellent solution for rehabilitation, active aging, medical fitness, and inclusive exercise environments.

Dependent upper and lower cranks allow stronger extremities to assist weaker ones, supporting passive assistance and coordinated total-body movement. A low starting resistance of only 6 watts, bi-directional operation, adjustable crank lengths, and wheelchair accessibility help accommodate users with a broad range of abilities.

Versatile Upper, Lower, and Total-Body Exercise

The PRO2® can be used for upper-body, lower-body, or total-body exercise. Its synchronized knee-to-elbow movement encourages torso rotation, core engagement, cardiovascular conditioning, and reciprocal movement patterns.

Users can exercise in either direction to activate opposing muscle groups and support balanced training. The Iso-Strength program provides accommodating resistance that responds to the user’s effort for controlled strength exercise.

Accessible Rehabilitation Design

A true adjustable step-through design supports easier entry and exit. The removable seat provides direct wheelchair access, allowing users to exercise from their own wheelchair when the seat is removed.

Upper and lower cranks each provide three length settings to help clinicians customize positioning and range of motion. The seat-mounted 360° Therapist Assist Pedals allow caregivers and clinicians to adjust the seat forward or backward from nearly any position around the equipment.
