The SCIFIT® StepOne™ Recumbent Stepper delivers smooth, low-impact, total-body exercise for rehabilitation, medical fitness, active aging, and general conditioning. Its coordinated 1:1 arm-to-leg movement resembles functional activities such as walking and climbing stairs while allowing users to exercise from a stable, comfortable seated position.

With a low starting resistance of only 6 watts, 191 resistance levels, adjustable stride length, wheelchair accessibility, and Standard or Premium seating, the StepOne™ accommodates users across a broad range of fitness and mobility levels.

Smooth, Functional Total-Body Movement

The StepOne™ combines synchronized upper- and lower-body movement to support cardiovascular conditioning, muscular endurance, range-of-motion exercise, and functional training. Its large flywheel and quiet belt-drive system provide a smooth stepping motion with controlled starts and stops.

The pedals automatically return to a neutral starting position, making it easier for users to enter the machine and begin exercising. The natural 1:1 arm-to-leg movement ratio promotes coordinated movement patterns similar to those used during everyday activities.

User-Defined Stride Length

Users can control their step length from 2 to 11.5 inches based on their mobility, comfort, and exercise goals. The Intelli-Stride™ system measures and displays stride length, helping users and clinicians monitor movement and track progress over time.

The user-defined stride allows each exerciser to work within an appropriate range of motion rather than following a fixed movement pattern.

Accessible Step-Through Design

A true step-through design with a low 2-inch step-through height provides easier access from either side of the machine. An integrated grab bar offers additional support during entry, positioning, and exit.

The removable seat slides off without tools to provide direct wheelchair access. The flat horizontal seat monorail supports controlled positioning and easier patient transfers.

Adjustable Arms and Hand Grips

The arm length can be adjusted through a 12-inch range to accommodate users of different heights and reach requirements. The hand grips rotate through a 60° range, allowing users to select a comfortable wrist and upper-body position.

The nonabsorbent, chemical-resistant grips are durable, easy to clean, and manufactured from recyclable material.
