Progressive Elasticord Resistance

The Shuttle TNT uses progressive Elasticord resistance instead of traditional weight stacks or plates. Resistance increases as the cords stretch, providing progressively greater loading throughout the movement.

Closed-Chain Leg Press Exercise

Reduced-Impact Plyometric Exercise
