The counterbalanced bar provides just 6.6 lb. of starting resistance, allowing trainers and clinicians to begin with lighter loads and add resistance as appropriate. Adjustable bar stops help establish the stopping position for each exercise.

A powder-coated steel frame supports commercial use, while six storage horns keep weight plates organized beside the training station. Non-slip feet help maintain stability and protect the floor.
