The Troy 3-in-1 Soft Plyo Cube – 2nd Generation is a heavy-duty plyometric training box designed to provide three training heights in a single compact platform. With 20", 24", and 30" working heights, users can simply rotate the cube to change exercise difficulty, making it a versatile option for athletic training, sports medicine, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, and performance facilities.
Unlike Troy’s original lightweight foam TPC, the TPC-G2 features a strong internal wood core surrounded by dense impact-absorbing foam. The wood core provides a firm, stable structure, while the surrounding foam helps absorb impact whether the athlete successfully completes a jump or comes into contact with the edge of the box.
The second-generation construction also increases the cube’s overall weight to 60 lbs., helping improve stability and reduce the potential for the box to tip during use. A heavy-duty textured vinyl cover provides added traction underfoot while helping keep the cube positioned on the floor.
